AEROPOCALYPSE: ONLINE · Developer: Jeremy Swain / 3000 Studios
This page explains how to delete your AEROPOCALYPSE: ONLINE account and the data tied to it. Deleting your account is permanent: your sign-in, cloud saves, unlocks, and player profile are removed and cannot be restored.
1. Send an email to [email protected] from the email address used on your game account, with the subject line “Delete my AEROPOCALYPSE: ONLINE account.”
2. We verify the request came from the account holder. If the email does not match the account on file, we will reply and ask you to resend it from the correct address.
3. We delete the account and its cloud data (listed below) and email you a confirmation when the deletion is complete. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and usually much sooner.
Uninstalling the game by itself does not delete your account or cloud saves — use the steps above.
Account record. Your Firebase Authentication account: the email address, display name, and profile photo provided by your Google sign-in, and your Firebase user ID.
Cloud saves. All Cloud Firestore data tied to your account: game progress, settings, aircraft unlocks, and your player profile.
Crash and analytics data. Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics data is processed by Google in aggregated, de-identified form and is not linked back to your deleted account. Crash reports expire under Google’s standard Firebase retention of 90 days.
Multiplayer relay data. Matchmaking and match telemetry are transient and are not retained as a personal profile, so there is nothing stored to delete.
Purchase records. In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. Google keeps its own transaction records under Google’s policies; we never see or store your payment card details.
Legal retention. If a specific record must be kept to comply with law (for example, a financial record), only that record is kept, only for the period the law requires, and it is not used for any other purpose.
